Although originally designed for professional musicians, MIDI is now available to literally millions of users, many who don't even know it exists. If you're not sure what MIDI is, or you're wondering what it takes to get up and running, be sure to check out this section.

The Apple Macintosh has traditionally been a stronghold in the electronic music community. Even though Twin Cities MIDI has always been one of the few places to find information on using MIDI with the Macintosh we felt Twin Cities MIDI would not be complete without a section for Windows users.
